They have fixed the clicling in my g... it was almost 900 dollars worth of parts, and I had it done a week ago and it was cover by the warranty. No more problems.

I have the axle-clicking on the right rear also. I am hoping that they don't give me a hard time since my car is lowered.

Anybody else taken in their lowered car for the TSB? Did they give you a hard time? I would assume that since it's a TSB, they wouldn't try to blame the clicking on the modified suspension.

I had mine done a few weeks back now my car is making a clanking noise. The dealer had the parts in stock when I brought it in for repairs. The clanking is coming from the exhaust they said it was hitting in 3 places. Funny I had my exhaust for 3 months and never made that noise until the clicking noise happened. As soon as I picked up my car I knew there was something wrong because I heard it on my way home. Anyways, I had the fuel gauge issue so that's being repaired as well.

The dealer will try to blame anything on mods. My right front wheel was squeaking and they blamed it on my Stillen CAI LOL!! But because this is a TSB and it affects unmodded cars they should not give you a problem. I've had mine done twice and my car is lowered. They never said a word about it.

I have an appointment for this issue Monday morning...the guy knew exactly what I was talking about before I even finished the sentence and said it should just be a lubrication issue and not require parts but either way it's free under the power train warranty. I'll post results once I get her back.

mine is actually getting taken care of this Tuesday. I also mentioned the TSB for the interior and they'll be giving me a loaner for a day or so.

I will let you guys know how my experience went.

They'll have to retorque it and regrease it. Shouldn't require any new parts.

They rebuilded my axles at 20K, no problem since but next week Thursday they will rebuild my front axles also because I told them that I can hear the metal sound when the car's weight shift forward. I am hoping to have a nice loaner.

They should be putting in new bolts for you. The problem is from lack of lubrication... , but when they pull it apart, the bolts are designed for one time use (just like head studs), so they stretch to a certain degree when torqued down properly. Ideally the bolts should not be reused. Realistically, it probably won't cause a problem if they don't replace them. But, I'd rather be safe than sorry and follow the guidelines set forth by the Infiniti engineers. My parts were replaced.
