It's all about those plastic clips. If you have removed your door panel...you know what I'm talking about. I noticed that the clips come with a very thin washer around it to prevent rattling...but the washer is some sort of soft material to absorb the rattles. Well, all of my clips are missing them because they easily fall off. This is probably yoru problem.
