Tire pressure light??

I just recently had a nail in my tire,so naturally the light came on.After i fixed the problem the light is still on.!!! Do i need to clear the code with the ob2 scanner? Or will it just go off by itself? Any info would help.

should go off by itself if the pressure is right.

That should reset itself after about 20 miles. If it doesn't, have the dealer re-initiate the sensor.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but I had a similiar experience.

I had my Tire Pressure Light go on for about one full day... and the next day it did not turn back on. Should I ignore the problem or take my car to be checked for tire pressure?

those sensors are way too sensitive. I've had the same problem, but it varies depending on temperature.

I heard that if it blinks for a while and then stays on, there is a problem with a sensor? HOW THE HELL does my sensor break driving home, going slow (first day with the car) ... geez

My light stayed on after I got the nail out. I went back to work and when I came out few hours later to go home, the light was gone.

Tire pressure sensors...............

Mine work great.........after installing my Volks I had
a problem with my right front. I found a sticker on
the inside lip of the wheel causing a very slow leak.
The sensor let me know there was a problem........
thank you!
