Sacramento Area *tintpro's*
Just got my '06 MT tinted and boy I'm upset! Paid over $300 for all the windows and let me tell you, the rear has bubbles, the front has scratches and bubbles, AND... they delivered my car to my house with a nice scratch to the rear bumper! fortunately I was able to buff it out and I plan to redo some of the tint somewhere else... I called them back and they offered to 'take a look' but I won't let them touch my G anymore risking further incidents! Just wanted to let you all know, be carefull

Man that sucks! I paid $150. The bubbles should go away after a couple days because the tint has to fully dry. I had some in the rear, i took a credit card and smoothed it out as much as i could. the dot matrix makes it hard for tint to stick to the glass. The scratches are definitely not supposed to be there, take it back, show them, and get your money.

it depends on what kind of TINT u got. When i had a maxima, i paye $300 for jurst REAR windows. But it was quantum tint and the job they did was VERY good. 2+ years later, NOTHING. no bubbles of any size or anything.
PS: anyone got pics of DG Coupe w/Quantum tint? I'm thinking of getting it for G now
PS: place is Mr. Tint on Stevens Creek, San Jose area

See Vince at Tintwerks in Pleasanton. If you tell him you are a member of this forum he will give you a discount. Vince did my friend's G coupe for $200 and it came out perfect. He has perfected a technique for the dot matrix, no discoloration and he tints all the way to the top of the rear window, no vinyl tape used for the top.
Do a search and you will find that he's highly recommended.
