Synthetic Mobil 5W30 have been for about 65k now. good stuff. I'll be approaching 71k soon.

Amsoil For me!

Amsoil Signature Series 0W-30 100% Synthetic Motor Oil. I just trust them. Great stuff. Was well recommended.

Well this post was made almost 3 years ago, now I'm using Red Line synthetic 10W/30 along with K&N filters....still haven't changed the frequency that I change my oil....
