Does this sound like a SCAM??
It's ashamed the scammer even gets a response.
My first reaction to this would have been pure laughter.
If someone can’t form a coherent sentence I would not even entertain the offer. Read how bad the original and the reply were put together. If this doesn’t give you a clue you need to be 100x’s more cautious when dealing with anything online.
Fortunately you were wise enough to ask and didn’t get bit in the a@s!

That was some good reading on the Craiglists site. I mean, you can even see where they left the () for them to just cut and paste the description of whatever you are selling. If you read closely, you can even see where they just inserted the $$$ amount in the paragraph. Like someone else said, these sentences are so poorly written, why would you even entertain the idea of doing business with them? Anywho, this is a scam for years. I've seen them when I was inquiring about buying a car a while back myself. Always the same thing. Well, now you know
