Paint my Stock Brake Calipers Black?

Paint my Stock Brake Calipers Black?
Ever since they removed the Brembo Brakes from the 05-06, I feel as if the G35 is missing something. The fact that I have the stock OEM 19's makes it even more obvious.
After seeing the work of some great G35driver members paint their stock brake calipers red (even blue) , I feel as if it makes the G35 sleeker.
Should I paint my stock brake calipers black?
I think it would look so sleek on my 2006 Black G35 coupe... but as usual im having doubts. Its also a Lease.
What do you guys think?

holy crap mwarsh1, that looks beautiful!!!
I wouldnt include the infiniti letters, but thanks for giving me a clear idea of how it looks like.
Let me ask you a couple of questions:
1) How hard is it??? Do you have to disassemble the brakes and separately paint the calipers or do you just mask everything except the calipers?
2) Do you think it'll be possible to remove the paint 3 years from now (thinner)? Its a lease and would have to return it to stock.
What kind of paint?

Also, I honestly feel like red stands out too much, and people are going to notice they really arent big brake kits.
Black keeps it stealthy and goes great with my Black coupe.

ill try to answer those, but mwarsh might have done it differently.
1. It is not difficult at all. Just take off the wheel and you can choose to either mask it off and spray it or just hand paint with a brush. You do not have to take the entire caliper off unless you're trying to powdercoat. It's much easier with a spray can but make sure you mask well or you'll get overspray on the wheel well and rotor. Don't worry too much about doing a perfect job, as long as the outer face of the caliper is painted you're good... once you put the wheel back on you cant see anything past that.
2. Paint thinner probably won't be too effective later on. What you can try is sanding it down progressively with finer grit sandpapers.
3. PAINT - There are regular spray cans and there are the higher priced caliper painting kits. There is BARELY any difference between them. Both have the same heat resistance and the appearance is the same. Just go to your local auto store and pick up a $5-$7 and get started.

Kyosho,
Thanks for taking time in answering my questions.
It seems pretty simple. But now the question isnt bewtween doing it or not, it's about choosing between black decals or paint .
(the only reason I am considering decals is the fact that they are easier to take off... but I still dont trust them as much as permanant paint).
