Hey, here's my first post on the forums. I wish I could have gone to the big LA meet yesterday, but I was too busy working on this.
This is BMW X5 projectors retrofitted into my G35 coupe. I don't know if anyone else has done this mod, but I know that a lot of people have been thinking about it. I did it myself, and it took probably 20+ hours worth of work.

There's a fire in LA, so ash is everywhere and the air in Torrance is yellow now.

Beam pattern at night, much sharper cutoff. I'm using 7500K bulbs, because those are the only spare D2s bulbs I have right now.

Welcome to the forum...those projectors look great !! I have been trying to come up with a really good lighting solution as well know that the G35C's stock Xenon headlights suck. Looks like you did a great job! May I ask how much all that costed you?

Here a shot while I was halfway through. In the background is my Acura Legend. I have 1 piece JDM headlights on that car that I retrofit Audi A4 projectors, blacked out the housing, etc.
I also got rid of that orange piece in the G35 headlight. I thought that it would be just secured with a screw, but it was cemented on.

Don't worry about it, Mr Exclussive. The materials cost $200. The labor is something else, though. My back hurts now....

Oh man, that's amazing. I can't believe that somebody actually went and did that. Congrats to you! I would LOVE that, but it seems like A LOT of work. I also like how you got rid of the orange turn signals. People have been trying to do that for a white too. Great job!
