cabin filter with charcoal?

am i dreaming or did i not see these going around a month or so ago? I've done searches but can't seem to find anyone that is selling them anymore.

there are some odd smells around the streets of phoenix, and i'd like them to go away. any help you all have would be much appreciated.

thanks
