Oh believe me man, there was one instant there when he was pushing my buttons so well, that I IMAGINED how I was gonna beat him down. But thankfully, I quickly came to my senses and realized that, while that would've done wonders to let out my frustrations, that would've truly turned the situation on me and I would now be the one facing all sorts of problems.

worst outcome for them is she drives away and you file the hit & run. probably would be a misdemeanor but that could still ruin someone esp on top of all the other stuff.

a friend of mine had a scratch up that he filed as a hit and run. he got the plate # and the police gave him the name & address. my friend did a little research on the fellow. decided not to press charges because it would've ruined the guy. some jobs don't let you rack up criminal charges--this guy worked in finance.
