Dealer offer to buff out scratches from paint, should I let them?

I would not take the car to someone else you don't know unless the dealer is uncooperative. It sounds like they are motivated to help you and you have much more leverage with them than someone you don't know. CSI's are very important to the dealer.

if they offer the job after you made your complain then go ahead and let them do it because I am sure you will file the complain again if they keep messing up time by time. May be , just may be they will probably offer something else better then just buffing your car for you. Free paint job? Haha, that will be nice.
