Could a G be smoked by a 330?

the difference between the two is that the throttle is more sensitive. look at the numbers: it takes 13% pedal in nonsport to match 6.7% in sport.. and it takes 40% pedal in nonsport to match ~26% in sport. that means the throttle is more sensitive. as you get higher though the differences decline until you're flooring it, at which point the output is the same 100%.
when you race you should have the pedal on the floor, so sport or nonsport shouldnt matter....

Is the sport button on the E46 M3 like the New V10 M5? The sport button on the (E90?) V10 M5 actually adds around 100hp, so with the Sport button off, your sending around 400 or a lil less to the crank instead of 500. With Drive by Wire, manufacturers can make a Hyundai Elantra feel lighting fast off the line. What do M3 Coupes usually trap in the 1/4? The M3 is not untouchable.
Sport button in the new M5 is different
In the new M5 it does give you 100 more horsepower. BamBam is clearly misinformed. I personally think the sport button is a waste, it should be on all the time. I have D/A software that keeps it on constantly.
