You are really not helping him out.

Your're telling him "Go fast youll get use to it"

I wont be surpriced when I open a thread about how you or he totalled his G35.

Im young too, but I definately didnt get a G35 when I was 16. I'm smart enough to know that at that age, I would have made my G35 look horrible with dents and scratches, even worse total it.

Plus, there are WAY too many kids out there with G35's. Its bringing the value down, and ofcourse our reputation too. Yeah I know im young too, but I was hoping I was the only one

.

This is why car accidents are the #1 teen killer. Please be mature when you drive, you teenage punks!

My first car was a 1990 Honda Civic EX that I inherited from my mom. She was the first owner, and that car gave me good trips.

I then got a 2001 Acura Integra GS-R. It took me a half hour to learn manual and now I know it pretty well. No accidents [that were my fault] and no tickets. I raced it a few times and pushed it to 125 mph but luckily didnt get hurt. I'm 21 now and well over my teenage racing scene and I'm certain I'm ready for the G35 as my next car.

I just hope I'm ready for RWD, LOL.

edit: I wouldn't get a G35 as my first car. You'll be so upset at all the mistakes you do with such a nice car. And to all those people that said this car isn't that fast - it IS for a 16 year old that wants to impress his 11th grade friends. And RWD isnt as safe as FWD.

You are going to hear alot of mixed opinions on this one. Personally, I've had the car since I was 15, I'm now 18. The car is fast, but not too fast and as long as you are aware of that while you're driving you should do fine. Mods are quite addicting however.

I would agree the majority of 16 year olds are not mature enough for a G35 Coupe...

whats with this all civics are riced out crap? i've actually seen some of the G's on this site, no matter how much they spent on their car, it looks like shlt... and they should of left it stock.

and the reason why those kids in a civic are always trying to race you, is because of the props they think they might get when they rip our G with their 'rice' rocket.

i dont know about that, i have a turbo LS and i get more 'riced' out imports trying to race me then i do with my G.. that doesnt mean that they want my LS more then my G does it?

when u drive a car that looks fast, as sad as it may be, there are people out there that would want to street race you...

one last thing, i've seen more crashed G35's here on this site, they a crashed integra on honda-tech. really makes you think who the bad drivers are dont you?
