So $1500 for new brakes and rotos in the front F that! Fellow owners enlighten me!

Like most people have said, you can get the parts for under $500. You could also spend a couple grand and get a big break kit. Replacing the brembo pads and rotors is an extremely easy diy. It only took me about 2 hrs. for both fronts. That was working at a leisurely pace, and trying to keep the kids out of the garage. The only special tools that are needed is a torque wrench and a 22 mm socket. I bought nismo brake pads and R1 cross drilled/slotted rotors(ebay rotors, but have made it through 2 track days).
That combo worked great at the track, and never faded.
