sue them. they should not be allowed to continue producing a product that can cause this if it's been known to. you could have been seriously injured or killed if it happened on the freeway.

not only should you be compensated but it needs to remind them to fix their ****

If the dealer sold you the part and recommended them to you then I would think they both liable. The dealer sold you something with their word on it without letting you do research on the kit. If you bought it directly from Kinetix then its different. I think they would both be on any legal proceedings

Seriously, Im actually angry that something like this happened to a fellow G owner. Kinetix is supposed to be a "Performance" oriented part manufacturer, meaning, this camber kit should withstand the abuse of a track run. If this POS camber arm broke off during normal driving, that is ridiculous. Ive never been a fan of any Kinetix products, from their sh*tty a.ss high flow cats, to obviously this. Dont let this just slide and move on. Im sure you and your son went thru quite a bit during this accident. Contact yourself a lawyer, and sue for this bullsh*t. I really hope you saved that camber arm, so you can prove yourself. Even if you have to put Kinetix out of business, then so be it. They shouldnt be manufacturing performance parts if they are sh*ttily made. Seriously bro, dont let this sh*t slide one ounce...

First off, glad to hear you and your son are okay. Something as crucial as that breaking...it definitely could have been worse. Next, I would recommend making sure the cause is investigated and the appropriate party assumes responsibility for this. I thinks only fair and it will raise awareness on these products. Sorry for your loss, post updates if you can.

Anybody have any problems with the SPC or 350EVO kits? I'm planning on going with one of these two. Sorry to hear about the Kinetix- that's ridiculous for it to break at 40mph on the street.

just added the pic of the traction bar that broke off. it broke at the welds. Its hard to believe they can sell something where just a little weld is holding up a 3500lb car.

+1, there is no excuse, kinetix more likely, should take responsiblity. a product like this with a potential to cause death or other serious injuries should not be allowed on the market. this is terrible to see; i would not let something like this slide. hopefully things will work out for you.

great to hear that you and your son are both fine and could walk away.
hopefully this post will sway people away from kinetix products alltogether no matter what it is; or at least till they resolve your situation.
