Number one, it would be really hard to prove fault on one mod in particular, and there really is no clear precedent in cases involving modded cars. Two, unless he would also sue for his attorney fee's and more it wouldn't be worth his time.

Damn, I have these on my car. Gonna have to inspect them and maybe buy new ones.

More parts...more money. Doing things right, the second time.

It is a stressfull thing to happen and My son and I were very lucky. If you guys know of anyone who has had the same thing happen to them it could be helpful. I contacted the infiniti dealer today and they told me they need to inspect it. I am actually doubtful anything will come from them or kinetix. I already miss my car she was a good friend.

The 350EVO is supposedly the best one available, but is $$$$$ and availability of the kit from 350EVO comes and goes.

Sorry to hear about the car....the good thing is you and your son are okay. You could easily sue the dealer and the maker of the product because one they installed it and correct me if wrong but I believe anything installed by a professional automatically makes them responsible (thats like them putting on a suspension and not tightening the nuts on the top and your shock falls).
