NOPE! The other insurance company says that since their driver was trying to avoid an unidentified car, which wasn't even hit, and just continued on in traffic. That it was only 30% there clients fault. So, they want my gfriend to go through her insurance company (geico) for the rest, so her rates can sky rocket. It just goes to show you that even if your just driving down the road and you have no idea your about to get plowed by someone from oncoming traffic, your still going to get screwed. Now my girl has been without a car, needs to scrub rides, etc. truly all she wants was for this not too happen. To conclude this mess. She will get the $$$ to pay off the loan, a wash out basically. And she gets to keep the mangled car. Thats why I wanted to ask you guys before it goes should I try to get the brembo's and throw them on my 06' if they fit.
go get any attorney, that's bull****

I think you would at least need brackets to get them to fit. I dunno though, maybe those Brembos were made for a lighter vehicle then the G a may not do well once transplanted.
I'd ebay them and buy yourself a new set that is designed specifically for a G35. A used set of brembros on ebay or in the subi forums marketplace will fetch you a good chunk of change.

Well, when I was in an accident, my old Isuzu Rodeo was totalled. The other insurance gave me the money for the car but I had to sue for the rest (medical, the electronics inside, towing, storage, etc.). I just got back what I asked but no "Pain and Suffering". Bastards! Anyways, they let me keep the car and all the electronics in it afterwards. Basically, they don't want to deal with having to Tow it, sell it, etc.

go to ur insurance company and tell them what the other guys are trying to do to you... you pay ur insurance company to represent u in an accident... if the police report says ur are in no way at fault the other guys insurance has to cover everything
