which one sounds louder and meaner?

ive heard hks but not injen...

which one would you guys will have?

HKS is meaner? Nah. Id say Injen is louder for sure, deeper in tone, purrs more, and is mean as ****. Check out the vids of my car.

I pick the HKS, not because I have it but I have debated it between the two and one of my friend has the injen one but it droning like crazy. HKS no droning when WOT.

my brother has hks on his 06 and i have the new injen track editon on my 06 we both did dyno comparsions to see which one would perform better...hks pulled about 13.7 hp and 15lb of trq the injen pulled about the same hp and but trq numbers were higher than the hks 18lbs of trq..the injen is way louder then the hks at wot and also does drone..but 930 bucks for injen vs 1400+for hks..i will say the hks is easier to bolt on vs the injen exhaust for sure..but if your local to maryland and want to stop bye and hear it for yourself hit me up and you can see and hear for yourself.

 

I am actually loosing sleep over this, i love the way my Injen SES sound believe me, & at the same time i can honestly say unlike others mine didn't had any fiberglass issues. Anyways my only complain about this exhaust is simply it robs low end torque. Therefore i am thinking about selling mine and buy the HKS.

 

I've done a lot of research on the two exhaust and
almost bought the Injen SES myself... But if your
looking for Louder and I guess "Meaner" sound you
should go for the Injen SES. But myself personally
I would go for HKS, I love how exotic it sounds..
And it doesnt drown out sound inside the car..

injen is louder, but it has some drone n rasp to it... the hks is a better overall ehaust IMO, but if u want to sound more like a race car then i geuss injen...?
