few issues... will warranty cover this?

Im just wondering if i will have problems taking this to the dealer... these are few of the issues i have.. also id like to know if im the only one... (just to add, look below at the mods i have, to see if any of these will void the warranty)

1. Glove compartment light is always on when headlights are on. it did this before my ps2 installation, but right now there is a drilled hole in the back of the glove compartment about 2 inches wide.

2. brakes sqeak like crazy!! (i dont think its added below, but i have AP Racing Big brake kit

3. sometimes in shifting i hear a clinging noise.

4. My clutch feels extremely low. like i have alot of space from the top of my clutch to near the middle that when pushed to that area, nothing happens.

are any of these covered in factory warranty? i have 11,000 miles. Has anyone else experienced these problems? Thanks.

Take it in and at least have the clutch and tranny looked at. They are definitely covered and it won't hurt to have it looked at. Better to do it now then when you have a bigger problem

My glove compartment light is always on also, it comes on with the external lights. They may just tweak the door so your not able to see the light. My brakes squeak also after 5,000 miles or so, but I think it's because how I drive.

I don't think they are going to give you a hard time about the glove box. Also take it and get your tranny checked out. They ave to cover that as long as you didn't do any aftermarket clutch and flywheel through another garage you should be okay.

1. I am pretty sure that's the way it works and now you are only noticing because you drilled a hole in the glovebox. Remove the bulb or cover the hole if it annoys you that much.

2. Warranty will not cover aftermarket parts.

3. Dealership should look at this.

4. What are you comparing it to? It may be normal.

are you kidding? There is no way in hell any dealer would ever do warranty work on an aftermarket brake kit.

you are most definately out of luck with the BBK...thats your own responsibility...just look at the pads or the rotors..shouldnt be an expensive fix..my guess is you probably just need new pads...everything else they will cover...

1. as they^^^ said
2. you'll be resposible since you upgraded it
3. dealership should definitely look at it
4. the clutch is adjustable but i dont know if that will help with your problem... have the dealer look at it as well
