Re: Exhaust / CAI / Headers / Hi-Flow

the best as in highest quilty or best buy.

for quality i would say
Exhaust: stillen or Injen
CAI: Injen or Gruppe-M (not out yet but looks amazing)
Headers: Top secret for quality but for a good one that wont cost u 2 grand then look at the new Crawford equal lenth headers
Hi-Flow cats: Again crawford or no cats at all use test pipes

A flywheel will deffently be noticible i would say go for it.

Re: Exhaust / CAI / Headers / Hi-Flow

Ive got the Stillen true dual catback and it sounds great and from dyno tests , looks like it makes the most HP. I got randomtechnolegy cats and they claim a extra 10 HP . Still looking at headers and going to put them on when I make up my mind on superchargers .Stillen puts out a S.C. but only puts 60 HP to the wheels,Procharger has a kit that puts 45% to 50% Hp gain to the wheels. ANY ONE know of any thing better ?

Nismo for the intake; it's nearly identical in design to the Injen but has a bypass valve to prevent water injestion. Also, it's a genuine Nissan part.

Re: Exhaust / CAI / Headers / Hi-Flow

Exhaust: I would say wait....
CAI: Injen produced most power but stall problems for some. Nismo is just a rebadged AEM intake with the water bypass valve they also sell...but if you a label ***** than go for it.
Headers: Crawford seemed to produce good gains so I would recommend this. Nismo, I heard, are nice as well.
Flywheel: Get the Tilton Flywheel... heard its an instant performance increaser.
Hi-Flow: Get the Random Tech Cats as they produced roughly 10HP... seems to be the best out there thus far. AND it passes the sniffer test.

Watch out replacing your flywheel...Reliability can become an issue when you use a lightened flywheel, especially in conjunction with high horsepower applications...It's great for a track car, but can be an issue for a daily driver...Just something to be cautious about, definitely not saying that it shouldn't be done...
