hmmm....with $2500, just buy nice sets of wheels. when your dealing with force inductions, its more like $2500x2

5k wont take you far enough to get a kit install and tune. 2.5k wont get you forced induction.

see the vendor section. you might be able to afford a turbonetics kit. as far as i know turbonetics has the lowest price tag.

I suggest you talk to your friend then... But if you are impatient I have a search engine that I can let you borrow, here:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=g35+turbo+kit&btnG=Google+Search

+1

2500 may get your a turbo set up for your honda civic but it's way too low for the G or Z

check out the marketplace. there may be some used turbo/supercharger kits for less. also see my350z.com for more info about FI. they'll also have a lot of stuff in the marketplace for sale. the safest form of FI i've read is the Vortech supercharger. Take a look at the trubonetics single turbo kit. i can't think of any other single turbo kits at the moment. just do some browsing through theres forums, there is a lot of information. also if you don't get your engine built, you always run the risk of blowing it. most of the guys that have FI on here have spent a lot more than $5k. good luck.

...I'd take it a step further and say, just to be safe, plan on $2500 x 4, because install, guages, etc. start to add up. As a point of reference, my Turbonetics ST ran right aroung 10 Gs (no pun intended).

With $2500, you probably want to stick to cosmetic work for now, then later down the road look into FI for your Coupe.

Good luck!

yea anything major like wheels, body kit, paint
and TURBO
is nothing to half-a**
2500 is not even good enough for wheels ( to upgrade from stock 19's or 18's)
