i on my way back from Vegas last night... running down the 60, and i move from the carpool lane to get on to the 57 and this black mustang runs up right next to me. he keeps flooring it, down shifting, flooring it. not quite sure what he was trying to do since it was wall to wall cars anyway. he had the loudest annoying exhaust i have heard on a mustang and was obviously trying to provoke me. i rolled down my passanger window and made the international gesture for "jag off" and just rolled on. who the hell wants to race on the freeway, especially a packed freeway? worst part, he had all kinds of sheriff, police association, etc decals on his trunk. wtf.

 

Maybe it was an undercover cop trying to bait you, around my area there is a new suped-up candy apple red mustand with the windows all tinted up (over the legal limit) and crazy exhaust, tries to bait everyone into going over the speed limit.
strange how they can have all this Illegal stuff on the car but it's fine because it's the police

 

around here all you see is mustangs and camaros...they think there like kings of the street.....

actually there the fools of the street....

 

This is a common way to try and prevent getting pulled over by showing he is in support of these organizations. Way to keep it safe bluecoupe!

supra drivers tend to be pretty damn crazy, but if you look at most of the supra videos that are on the net most of them take place on pretty open or quiet roads....mustang drivers are just stupid IMO. I have never seen a mustang on the road that wasnt trying to be "cool". I gues since they are cheap HP all the immature kids with a heavy foot buy them...idk

 

the over 35 stangbangers are cool,, the youngsters and wanabe racers are the ones to watch out for ..also look out for the entrapment troopers they been doing that since the 80s with t-types / g-nats / and 5.0s.

rember,,, some of us have g-35s/mach-1/cobras and other assorted play toys

wow candy apple mustang cop? saw undercover black charger with limo tint **** i would hve never know that was a cop, makes me scared to speed at all then again i had an 06 mustang GT and I was an ******* driver haha, decided I needed a g35 though.

 

Sounds like a setup. I remember a few years ago when we used to race the xway here and my boy got staged. Needless to say the police got left but what aa way to set him up by cutting him off and putting on his hazzards!

 

WTF?? a cop actually cut him off and put on his hazzards? that would **** off even the nicest drivers... i mean i could take being cut off, but having his hazzards flashed... why would cops purposefully create dangerous situations on public roads and provoke the situation further? what if the guy had a gun and got pissed... cop set the guy up for attempted murder?

 

they try to do they here in toronto to. i know the last few years theyve used blacked out civic SiRs to get guys to race. same thing with the illegal exhaust and tint. Im not sure but ive heard they use the unmarked chargers now with the same idea, but they do drive marked chargers around.
