Borla vs tdx v2

I see most of you guys Prefer the TDX Exhaust.. Is there a reason for this? No offense but I do not want my G to sound like a Mustang... I think that the Borla is closer to the stock Sound and Do i need to say that it's a Borla Exhaust...

Just wanted some reasons for this.. more like numbers honestly.. Is it better or is it just louder??

If you want something like a stock sounds try the invidia gemini exhaust I have it sounds close to stock just deeper, nice quiet tune when car at idle and when you punch it , you will get a boner that all I can say......

I have no idea what videos you're watching of the TDX v2. It sounds nothing like a mustang. I have my TDX v2, and I've heard and been in Fab's G with the addition of ART Pipes, they sound nothing like a Mustang. Maybe the pitch (low sound), but the tone is nothing of it. They're two completely different sounds. The G gets it's tone from its valve configuration - exhausts just change the pitch and frequency of the tone - the technicality of it from a physics stand point. Got it? Haha

But if you want as close of sound to the stock exhaust, I would agree with you and not recommend MD's exhausts for that. However, look up their VQ exhaust. It's a true dual with the stock look and tone - with all the power benefits.

Here's a dyno for some numbers:

Dark blue - Borla
Green - TDX v2
Light Blue - His new Osiris tune - nothing to do with the Borla v TDX2 numbers.

MD >> Borla. MD specialize their exhaust esp for nissan/infinitis for quality, performance, and sound. Borla just seem boring to me.

It's impossible to make a G35 sound any where close to a Ford Mustang! I wasted $$ on a Borla exhaust, besides the boring sound their quality sucks! MotorDyne makes the best exhaust system for our G35s, HKS runs a close second in sound and performance/quality...knockoffs aren't the same!

Because we like it, obviously. It's certainly not because of it's price tag, lol.
No offense but I do not want my G to sound like a Mustang...
First time I've heard that. There's a nice rumble at idle, but other than that, it still sounds like a VQ.
Do i need to say that it's a Borla Exhaust...
On G35/350z boards, that means very little. On here, it's more like, "It's Motordyne....". Motordyne is very well known for it's quality, performance, and customer service.

Both, IMO. And I don't say that as a fact simply because I've never seen a 3rd party dyno sheet for the Borla exhaust.
