I know this topic has been discussed numerous times on this board. I've searched but have not found the specific answers that I was looking for. I am currently running on the OEM sport package 19's and tires. Please help if you can for the following:

1. if i want to run on 17's, do i use the factory size listed by infiniti (225/50R17, 235/50R17) or is there another size that you would recommend as far as safety and budgeting purposes?

2. do i have to run a staggered fit, or will one size all around be good without problems with the VDC?

3. do i have to get tires with TPMS or it is not needed? if it doesn't have TPMS, will i run into problems?

4. will the tire size affect my speedometer reading at all, ie going slower/faster than i really am due to the different size in tires? or does the extra rubber on the 17's compensate for the smaller wheel diameter to be equal with the oem 19's?

5. what wheel size will fit if i decide to go with aftermarket wheels instead of the factory 17" wheels?

6. for the tires, do you recommend going with all seasons or winter? i live in new york city. we do not see snow that much, but the weather here can be very spontaneous. i want to maintain a moderate level of performance + handling/traction + safety.

your prompt input is greatly appreciated since i need to get a set very soon as snow is forecasted next week.
