RE: 21st Century..........Beware - it may not be as good as you think. Ask any victim of the Calif. earthquate of the early 90's about claims hassles!

Re: is this a good quote?

I pay about 4000 a year, trust me that was the best I could find. I'm 16 living in Miami and I got added on my parents policy. I'm the primary driver, I tried getting listed as the secondary driver, but no insurance company agreed with that.

Re: is this a good quote?

damn, the guys in 2fast, 2 furious never had to deal with insurance!

Tyrese: Yo, how much you pay in insurance a year man?
Paul Walker: With my record eleventy billion dollars a year.
Tyrese: WTF? What insurance company are you with?
Paul Walker: Lloyds of London, just having the insurance card adds at least 5 hp to the back wheels.
Tyrese: If you are worried about that, turn off the neon when you race!
Paul Walker: OMG, STFU...NEON ROXOR. MAKES 1/4 MILE TIMES AT LEAST .5 SECS FASTER. PFFT...NEWB

2 fast, 2 furious irc style...haha.

WOW well let me clear some stuff up.

#1 I paid for the car myself and my parents havent given me one single cent in 2 yrs

#2. I own multiple business websites online. Sorry i cannot tell you which ones.

#3. I started early to make money online. I have a friend who is 16 yrs bring in about $80-120k/MONTH online.

#4. I have no speeding tickets although ive been stopped by a cop for speeding.

#5. My parents dont live in the USA. I live on campus in college, my only family in the USA are my sisters and they are not even in NJ.

#6. Hmm what else? I dont know. But $3500 or so isnt bad for insurance. comes up to about $400/mo. i would think thats a good rate for my category?

Re: is this a good quote?

if you are making near 80-120K per mo like your friend, then dont worry about the quote! just give them 5G and tell them to keep the change. just kidding man. i think g35 girl had a good idea. check online resources to see if the quote is in the same ball park as everyone else. you dont have to buy anything to get an instant quote. Here are some links in case you havent already done this. good luck.

Another reason to move to Vancouver - DAM - that sweeeeet - no increases on insurance for tickets. Like Blackcombe wasn't enough.

Re: is this a good quote?

Guys.. don't forget he's in NJ. We don't have [censored] up here. No Progressive Insurance, No Geico. We have a few insurance companies (State Farm, Liberty Mutual.. some others), but none of them offer online quotes.

On a side note, i'm only 19, and this is my second car. My first "crash car" was a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant ES. Did my parents buy either car for me? No. I work fulltime at Best Buy and also have a few online businesses online. One of which involves selling computers on eBay. If any of you are in need of a new Dell, give me a PM Btw... i am also a full-time student. I paid cash for my G and i paid in full for my insurance up front.

Re: is this a good quote?

actually, our main suggestion was not to specifically look at geico and progressive, but to shop around -- either offline (calling agencies for quotes) or online (do a google search or something using "auto insurance new jersey." he is an internet guy, so that shouldn't be too hard for him to do.). the more quotes he has, the better idea he has of whether or not his $3500/yr quote is reasonable for his situation.

haha weaksauce... html ~ here try my link?
