people like you are the reason this country has such a ****ed up legal system.....SUE a manufacturer because some kid was an idiot and was doing WAY past what the safety rating in his car was? i'm sorry to be blunt but you're a ****ing moron.

first off, airbags only deploy when they sense a specific impact, if he rolled it then sides would go off but no front unless the car hit something in the front....tha'ts how almost all cars are designed. Even if you have a front collision at a low speed they might not go off due to the conditions.

it was obviously the guys fault, get off the car manufacturers ***** about not being able to protect a person who was probably well over the triple digits....even people on tracks have to wear helmets. those airbags wouldn't have done ****.

sorry for the loss of your friend. it's unfortunate to lose someone in an accident like that at such a young age.

but the side certen airbags didnt even go off just the seat airbags

Sorry for your loss, prayers to the family.

Also, seriously whats with everyone wanting to sue? How will MONEY fix anything? The guy died, money won't make anything better. Besides, it is not Infiniti's fault he was going way too fast and rolled the car.

I am sorry for your loss, sucks man I had some friends and fam go that way

(as to the suing posts up top)

Sue if your obeying the law crash and they (airbags) dont deploy, but if your going 130 mph and you roll and they dont go off well at 130 i would be suprised if anything electical works after the first hit, as sad as it is it wasnt the company's fault.
