Not to mention a larger wheel of same weight(2005+ models) has more rotational mass(aka, takes even more energy to slow down)
But in the end it doesn't really matter unless you REALLY care.

Brembos > OEM Nissan. 4 Calipers > 2 Calipers
You don't need 20 min of spiritred lapping to find out. A frisky cruise on twisties would demonstrate the difference between the two. Heck, I can tell the difference on a 60 second AutoX course and I didn't even need to brake all that much.
Besides, 03-04 are alittle cheaper, which means you end up with more $$$ for mods.

Get the newest model if you can. I've been in all model of the Sedans (loaners from the dealership) and for interior wise, man, the 07 interior is nice. It's like going from the 04 to the 05. The 04 is just plain subpar. So, don't get that. The 05-06 are so much nicer inside. Now, it's the same as the 05-06 to the 07's Sedan: The 07 has alot of nice touches. I'm not gonna go into too much detail on this since it's covered every where else. Regarding brakes, trust me when I say if you don't live in very hilly roads, go tracking the car, or do alot of fast stopping alot, you won't miss the Brembos (highly over rated) although they would be nice as an aftermarket part (assuming the price is right). My best advice is give each a test drive and choose that way. We are all a little biased here since we all got the model year that we wanted so each will give you a different opinion. Personally, I say the 06, since I like the headlights (that is why I upgraded mine), the padded armrest (although I use it only about 5% of the time in a 6MT), and it is still new.

Take a piece of paper...label it 03, 04, 05, 06, 07....put it in a box and then draw one. Because like some of the people in this forum, you'll end up bitch'n about something wrong with your ride. Personally, I've never had a problem with mine. To each is his own...it will depend on how much you'll bitch at the car later that is, if you'll bitch. I like my ride, it's how you ride the ride and how to take care of your ride then you won't have nothing to bitch at.

As stated before, if you care about brake fade on a track or under abnormally tough stopping situations, you would be remise to just brush off the Brembos as "highly over rated."
