Yes, you are right. So, what's your point? Yes, I bash them because they are over rated UNLESS you live in hilly roads, go tracking the car, or do alot of fast stopping alot. Alot of people here make it as though the Brembo's are the End-all of Brakes and their car won't see any of the above on a normal basis. I don't believe my statement was any clearer.

Again, you are right on your second statement:
"As stated before, if you care about brake fade on a track or under abnormally tough stopping situations, you would be remise to just brush off the Brembos as "highly over rated". Essentially, you rehashed my statement and made a question out of it.

Hehe, actually, come to think of it, he said "Used" so I think the 05-06 are a bit pricey for Canadians? So that will leave the 03-04.

05 - 07. 05 with 06 front bumper and headlights or 06 07 with 05 taillights. 03 04 have ugly interior and less hp but more tq. the bluetooth is crapy

Ok, that is your opinion compadre, but when you put "highly over rated" in parenthesis after Brembo it isn't so clear what you mean exactly. It can be taken in a very general manner. No reason to get huffy!

Why suggest an '06?

Seems to me evey time we see a post about oil consumption it's a 2006
and didn't they have issues with funky headlights being recalled...yea!
In his shoes I'd find a well taken care of '04 coupe like mine.............
very low mileage, all the best upgrades (mods) and kept in a airconditioned/
heated garage it's whole life......not to mention being waxed with Zymol
at least every 90 days.....Oh yea, lets not forget oil changes every 2K miles
with Mobil 1 + K&N filter........!

I honestly would go with an 07. I Just got my 07 and the Infiniti dealer ships in the area were more willing for some reason to give me a better deal for a new one. I got an amazing deal for mine and I had a trade in. I was also wanting an older one but realized I was going to get a better deal and save alot more with an 07. I love it. The car is nothing short of amazing. I got mine fully loaded black on black. Make sure you get the rear active steer.
