How the hell did I get dragged back into this???

I didn't intend to offend anyone! My apologies if I did. The term ignorance simply refers to not knowing or refusing to acknowledge or take notice of. I stated

If you follow the above posts re the G35 (both sedan, coupe) and the 350Z being based on the same FM Platform, my statement's meaning becomes very clear. I won't be reduced to name calling, so don't try baiting me. This is my last comment on this unless there is something to which I feel I should appropriately respond.

Although I tried to stay out of the rest of the discussion which I basically started, for I truly had subliminally offensive statements in my arguments, I have to make one more point. I was almost certain I arranged my arguments in a manner to discuss the looks of both the cars. I cannot argue that the Gsedan isn't similar in ways of engine, delivery. The Gcoupe has pretty much the same basic setup, SAME WHEELBASE. Where the 2 cars diverge is definitely their looks. I will make no statement on them, except that it is impossible to deny similarities between looks of the Gsedan:Altima to Gcoupe:350z. LOOKS. Now enough of that pointless debate.
I don't agree with the BigBrother's comment, so please do not respond to it, so we can let this argument go already. We all love our cars more than anything else, thats the end of the story.

Most Car manufactueres design their cars to have brand identity. Therefore you will see styling cues throughout their entire car and truck line up. look at BMW's grill. It is carried throughout it's car line from the 3 series to the Z8.

The G35 sedan may have styling cues that the altima shares. No surprise here as they are both designed by Nissan. But by using your same analogy, The sedan looks closer to the coupe would be a far more accurate comparision than saying it looks like an altima. And since the Sedan came first it would really be that the Coupe looks more like the Sedan.

It's obvious that you have a disdain for the sedan. But your logic is flawed

Infinti has the same ugly front grill thing, true. But would you use it to compare Gcoupe to Q45. Nah.

Well now that you pointed out my feelings for the sedan. Yes, I won't deny it. =) I will refrain from saying anything else.
