Your 20" wheels probably didn't help you out either. They look nice but thats a lot of rotational mass to get going. BTW, hows that exhaust working out for you?

OK keys to this issue One the s2000 has more hourses than the Accord so either you only have 260hp or what was your problem G's are better than the accord now. 280hp come on now was it something you did. Bad gas, or what. Try something this should not happen this is a travisty. Now lets get it gear.

Wow, I didn't know the new Accords were that fast, but I guess 240HP on a lighter car with 6MT shouldn't be much slower than the G in a straight line. It does sound like the VDC helped the Accord to the win though. Being a former 98 Accord coupe owner, I'm actually kind of proud to know that the new Accord is nothing to sneeze at.

20's aren't going to make a damn difference. It was simply the VDC.
I was neck to neck with a 350Z and have 20's on my sedan - until I hit the nitrous and it was all over for him.

i'm kinda surprised cause i've smoked both the MT and AT versions of the new v6 accord..
but honestly, it's no car to take lightly.. i test drove it when i was considering a daily driver, and man, that thing really did fly..

uhm....having heavy 20's WILL make his car a lot slower and could have been culprit to why he lost. The G's are heavy to begin with so adding more weight wont be good.

Haha, He didn't beat you as much as your VDC did, bro. Next time you line up, turn it off.

So VDC would have helped his accelleration? I guess it works the same way as "ASR" on my camaro. That's good to know, I thought the VDC was just for traction control alone.
