So I'm driving home about 30 minutes ago in Utah (2 in the morning) on 700 east past sugarhouse and some [censored]for SVT mustand trys me, and I know these monsters so I'm not even trying anything plus I got 2 friends the car, so he keeps playing and playing so I give him and play and then the he speeds up like crazy right past me and cuts me off, I pull up flip the curly haired [censored] off, and keep driving, He trys to act tough but this guy is just a waist of my time especially when i got 2 big friends in the car and he has his girl. Anyways the *** gets on the 1-80 entrance and leaves.
I dont understand These kinds of people, they think they are such hard [censored] with their muscle cars. OK you might win in the end, but who in the hell has a better looking car I mean come on? What are you thinking.
Sorry sucha long post but had to vent when retards like this try me and then try to act hard. HAHAHAH nice.

I had a similar encounter. I'm sitting a red light when a couple
pull up in a metallic yellow pony. Both people (guy and his girlfriend) stare at me as he revs his engine. I had my window open, so all I do is stare back while I roll my window up. The girl busts a gut, the guy flips me off and then smokes the tires as he runs the red light! Can never find a cop when you need one!

You both just described one of the reasons I got rid of my 500+HP 2000 Mustang... oh that and the fact it was always being fixed because they suck that bad.

But seriously, I have missed the Jeep community friendships, and I am glad they have developed in the G community.

In my life I have only noticed this from Jeep drivers and the motorcycle crowd and to some extent the Corvette crowd and now the G/ZX crowd.

Maybe I never fit in with other Mustang drivers... I mean I cut my mullet off and stopped spiking the top of my hair in the late '80s when I was still in high school.

Or maybe its an IQ thing, not so sure.

I had the same occurance with a damn camero. Homeboy was mugen at me for the longest time and at a stop he was like rolling back and forth and then i told him i wasnt tailgating you because he thought i was due to my hids and i said fine then we can race if you want. And i started rolling back and forth and he backed out.

 

2 words "Nitrous Oxide".... This the reason wy im getting my no2 kit... For SVT punks and m3 punks... hit the button and scream past them. At the next light lower your window and say "AND MY CAR LOOKS BETTER THEN YOURS BIOTCH"!! lol jk but atleast think it to your self...

 

Funny you should post this.... I had the same thing happen with a red mustang. Then a Dodge Ram wanted to race at a series of lights. I think he watches too much TV. I don't race ever!!! Everyone wants to challenge this car. I didn't buy it to race or even go fast. Don't get me wrong!! Its nice to have the power when passing and getting on and off the freeway, but that about it...

 

There are way too many punks out there that just want our G's attentions, This has happen to me a few times but at the end we both know who's got the cooler ride.

lol anyone ever read Import Tuner magazine? My wife subscribed to it for me when it first came out. We just bought it to look at the monthly model, but then they started getting uglier and uglier so we canceled.

There's a comic strip in there called Max Boost. It's about these 2 import guys that started out with a civic hatchback. There's this red mustang that is always trying to race them. That's what this story reminds me of.
