Kind of a funny request..

Hey guys, my car is in the shop. so now is a good time to do a few little DIYs.
im looking to find an AVERAGE battery voltage for the G. Im aware that the actual voltage will vary from battery to battery, but if i can get a few responses, i can average the numbers out, and work with it.

So if any of you guys have a multimeter, id really appreciate your 5 minutes.

Thanks fellas

Gunner

If you are asking for the battery voltage while the car is off, generally I get around 12.6 volts when I check with a volt meter.

What are you looking to do?

The battery at rest will change depending on a lot of different factors, including the milage of your last trip, if it was a 'stop and go' trip or a highway trip, temperature, etc.

If you run them off of a 5vdc regulator you will have a constant voltage no matter what. Voltage regulation will comletely eliminate issues with battery flucuations.
