I can almost guarantee you they won't strip/sand it all the way down. Takes way too much time.

They will probably just scuff up the clear, redo with primer and color or just recolor and clear.

Pearls are hard because it's 3 stage. base / pearl color / clear. And they won't know until the clear it if it matches. Bumpers don't even match from the factory.
