Those of you with check engine lights.. you can just leave it on after problem is fixed and it'll be fine.. once the car runs xxxmiles or time it'll figure out that the problem is no longer there and turn off the check engine light..
by disconnecting the battery you'll loose your radio stations, info on trip counter, maps for the ecu that it learned, etc..
a easyer way would just go to autozone they offer free scanner services.. you can just delete the code then
