My G drew blood!!!
If you are planning to replace the stock pedals with the Aluminum Pedals be forewarned...
Installing the break pedal was a major PIA. I ended up thoroughly heating up the new pedal with a hair dryer and applied lubricant on the back to assist sliding it on completely.
Now that it's done I feel great (Sorta like rights of passage) and it looks fantastic!
Next mods - "Z" Tube, Tint and stereo (carputer?)

Use a mechanic glove the next time, you won't regret it.

So they are that hard to install huh? I was planning on getting the aluminum pedals this coming spring, but might have to think about it now.

Re: My G drew blood!!!
Sorry to hear that guys. I installed mine and yes it was a little tough but really no problems. I actually used my nails and fingers working the rubber out a little at a time. Oh before installing it I used grease on both surfaces, without it your a goner.
Re: My G drew blood!!!
It was a little difficult, but it took me about 20 Min. What I did was put the clutch/brake pedal covers in a bucket of Hot water while I installed the gas and dead pedal to soften up the rubber. Then went to work.. It went on with a little difficulty...doing a little at a time with my fingers, but would have been worse without the hot water.
Re: My G drew blood!!!
I just did this too, it took me about 20 min. while it was around 50 degrees out.
I had no problem at all, and I didn't bother heating them up or greasing them. Just a flat head screwdriver.
you must of had the clutch and brake switched around.

Re: My G drew blood!!!
Do this, it works the best...I got a pot and filled it up with water, dropped the pedals in and brought the water to a boil for a few minutes...ran downstairs and slipped them on in literally 15 seconds for each pedal. Hopefully you folks who haven't done it yet don't get discouraged. It really looks awesome and adds to the interior excitement, LoL
