It seems that the GTI thread is gone, why i dont know But I did want to add one thing. Tonight my friend with the monster GTI Blew up his engine. I dont know exactly what happened but with all that power I Guess he needed better internals. So I guess this can be a lesson, anything can be fast just make sure you do it right. Espically for us cause the block on a VW probably isnt that hard to come by but we on the other hand would most likely have to pay out the A$$ for one. Happy Modding!

I've looked in our special posts forum where posts that get out of hand get quarantined and it's not there, and I haven't had time to look in other forums such as Off Topic or where ever all the speeding ticket posts got posted, and I can't remember if that was one of the threads moved or quarantined for warring, or hate.
If it did get out of hand then it would have been moved. I know a lot have lately.
If it's still active and on a public forum somewhere, you'll have to do a search to find it.

LOL, I feel sorry for him, but there were some signs of it not running right b4 she blew........I guess he figures easy come easy go....
As to what those grenaded parts are, who knows, lol, one of them could have been a piston (or 2), but pistons in multiple, 'irregular' pieces are hard to recognize..[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]
Maybe a n/a G would have been more to his liking.. I doubt it would have blown like that.

Yeah I dont know. He did see it comming and he does seem to be taking it well. He got HP greedy but I guess it's ok for him cause only a few weeks after the big upgrade he started talking about an even bigger turbo and a built motor. Now I guess its time for him to put his money where his mouth is. He'lll do it it's just a question of when. So I guess hell have an even scarier ride when all is said and done. Should be interesting.
