I took my coupe in for its first scheduled service today (Infiniti of Columbus/Dublin). I'll post on how things went there. Having them check a couple minor things too. After hearing about some other member's trips to the service department went, I've got my fingers crossed.

BTW, I got a G35 Sedan as a loaner and it has about 15k miles. I noticed that it sure has a lot of noises and rattles. Hope it's not a sign of things to come in my coupe!

Often posting about a dealer is done only when you have a bad experience. I am pleased to report my service went very well. They did the 3750 service, found a couple loose clips in the sunroof, plugged a nail in one of my tires, attached my front license plate bracket (yeah, I was running plateless for about 6 months), and are replacing my left rear-deck speaker due to a slight buzz when listening to AM radio or loud, bassy FM/CD. They had to order it and should take a few days.

The service cost $33.00 out the door and everything went great! All in all I felt very well taken care of. Props to Infiniti of Columbus.

I've had my first two oil changes done, also a small ding and my front wheel rash fixed and everything was done with out a hitch...
I could have gotten my coupe from about 5 different dealers in the New Jersey area in which I live.....since I had already purchased my last car and leased my wifes car from my current dealership....I felt quite confident that the service and personnel would be the same....
Granted....I still will not let them wash my car...which is silly because they detailed it prior to me taking delivery...
and I will wait for the oil change..only because I rather not have the car sit in their lot with other people parking around me etc.....but I can Honestly say my experience with the Infiniti product and the personnel at Circle Infiniti has been exceptional...my .02 thanks...[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]<font color=blue>2old4this</font color=blue>

Did they ask you before they attached the front plate for you? If a dealer drilled into my front bumper without asking, I'd make them pay for a new bumper.

I guess I don't worry about that too much since I bought the towhook adapter plate bracket.

No, they attached the front plate bracket per my request. I thought about the tow hook bracket, but in the end just caved in and had them put it on. If Ohio ever goes front plateless, I will have to find a nice bumper sticker or something!!
