Infiniti R racing line

Re: Infiniti R racing line
Hey guys! I'm in Hawaii. my dealer kinda fliped the burden of proof on the owner. They didn't deny the law that you guys are mentioning, but they did say that the owner has the burden to prove that the after market part didn't cause the damage. I say that makes some sense, well enough to catch most people, but you would probably win if you got the time and money to take it to court. This is what I'm hearing from our club members, I'm taking my car in for my 7500 in 2 weeks, kinda dreding to hear what they are going to tell me.

g35k- It says right in the Act that the burden is on the Warranty provider. Your dealer either doesn't know the act or is flat out lieing to you.
Nismo does make a chip for the Skyline (G35), but it's for the JDM Skyline and doesn't work on our cars.
G35C Blk, 6MT, Lthr, Aero, Prem,

Jesterev,
U said ur dealer is in NY? Mine too. I bought mine at Kings Infiniti. Theyre a buncha ---holes. If you check the northeast forum you will see a thread by me on my first and last experience with their service department.
I will be taking my G elsewhere for servicing...well...actually im considering learning to change the oil myself.
I would love to do EVERYTHING myself but I dont have the luxury of having a nice well equipped private garage. Hmm ..now that I give it more thought, changing the oil out in public doesnt sound like a great idea.
'04 G coupe TB Graph 5A (all options except NAV and SAT).
