did your momma drop you on your head when you were little? Cause you need to check your definition of "super nice". As emceephi noted earlier, medium family income of Cypress is $70,600. Look at zillow.com - highest recent sale price of any house in Cypress (I'm assuming Sorrento is IN Cypress) is ~$2.4MM. That includes one home that sold for $1.04MM that's two blocks from Sorrento Dr.

How about these for a better list; just off the top of my head ... Newport Beach (highest recent sell $8.5MM), Coto De Caza ($6.6MM), Ladera Ranch ($6.7MM). I will give you some credit for HB and Irvine - they're OK. The point is, Cypress is not on the list.
