any good dealership or shop can drill out the wheel lock. They can be drilled outl. it is the responsibility of the Infiniti dealership to fix the ruined key. Call inifiniti consumer affairs and raise all hell about how you are royally F'd now that they ruined your only key. Ill try and get more info from my friend on who can drill out that key hole locally in socal

drill out aye? Anything that'll take these off without affecting anything else surrounding it is what im lookin for. Infiniti accepted responsibility for it and I even had them put it in writing on my service sheet that they f'd up haha. I appreciate the help, not driving sucks

Hey I did some searching for you..... On some of the other forums, they say that you can hammer a slightly larger socket onto the wheel lock, and then unscrew it with that. IDK if you can do this without damaging your TA's though.

couldn't you just contact Mcgard and have them fedex you a replacement key and then bill the dealership for it? i've ordered a replacement key before and its taken a week, but i think they have "rush service" But you may have to have sent in the registration card for your "key"

How about one of those 'Fits any nut' sockets.
http://www.asseenontv.com/prod-pages/gatorgrip.html
Seems like something like that could take off any lock, but that tool might not be up to the job of 100 ft/lb it might take to get it off

that why i put in that "should have done it myself." At first i was lazy and just let my local shop handle it since i wasn't all too worried about it at the time being that my tires were fine and weren't goin anywhere, then things changed.

I called McGard today and they told me i can rush them and if it were monday they would be here in 2 days, but since its thurs, they wouldn't be here until earliest, monday. I should have an order for locks placed with F1, but its taking too long so i figured if i could find an identical on driver it could give me time to wait for them to arrive.... and be able to drive.

someone posted that before, but mcgard locks are rounder and the code is in the face of the bolt, so i dont think that thing would work, but thanks

Why dont u just have the infiniti dealership give you a loaner car, they wont mind im sure. Since they f'd up they almost have to give you one until the new key arrives. Thats you solution to not being able to drive. I wouldnt be surprised if they will drop a car off for you. Call infiniti consumer and theyll will set it all up. Now you can drive and still keep your wheel nice
