G35 6MT

Looking to buy a G35 Coupe 6MT, want it in the Diamond Graphite/Graphite Interior with premium package - don't like the spoiler, but realize that most of the 6MT come with it. I do not want to wait and order the car. I got an offer for one with the spoiler for $34K...is this a good price to pay? I want this car so badly, but I don't want to make any "stupid" mistakes either. Any advice?

Re: G35 6MT

I don't think that that offer is bad. MSRP on a 6mt w/ premium with aero should be around ~35,700. $1700 off is a decent deal. Go onto Freshalloy.com and look for the VPP pricing on the G35 forum. I don't know if there are any restrictions but you might check it out. I got one a few weeks ago 6MT blk/blk with premium only for $32 something.

Re: G35 6MT

That is a good deal you got. The MSRP at the dealership is like $36K and I know the invoice for everything I want (not including the spoiler that is on there) is $31913 and MSRP is 35290. I would love to get it for 32k but we will see. Thank you.

Re: G35 6MT

sticker on my car was 37.6K, but i got it VPP for 33.9K...if your car comes with premium, nav, and spoiler, then thats a pretty good price to get it for w/o VPP...where u from?

04 DG/G/6MT/Premium/Nav/Clear Bra

Re: G35 6MT

I live in Philadelphia and the list price for the car is $36110 and he is giving it to me for $34110. I haven't been out to see it, just done everything via phone through a friend that works for a dealership and the person is faxing me the worksheet on the car, all of the accessories, prices, etc. I got an offer from another dealer MSRP $34,390 and their price to me is $32,773, but obviously these are two different cars with different options. I don't know if the cheaper one is stick and I definitely want the 6MT.

Re: G35 6MT

koreangrl,

I don't know if that is a good price you are getting??? Based on recent discussions on this forum, it seems like others are getting better deals. I've seen under 30 in Atl, 30 out the door in LA, etc...

I just picked up my 04 6mt DG w/ 6K mi for $31,900 and I'm feeling like I could have gotten a better deal??? I'm out in socal and prices are high out here but still feeling a little uneasy. Like you mentioned, I'm hoping I didn't rush into this and get myself into a bad deal.

My only advice is to take your time...

Re: G35 6MT

Go with what feels right. I have a DG with Black Leather, Bose, Aero and Nav and I would have paid 45k for it. I love my car. I have about 6k on it and it's a pleasure to drive everyday. I actually look forward to going to work so I can drive my car!

Re: G35 6MT

i am in nj and ordered my 6mtC. ordered in june, took deliv in sept, was first of 04's. got 1250 off msrp without vpp pricing.

only options i got were sunroof and mats.

go to infiniti website, do build and locate, expand radius to 50 miles. make a few calls. doesn't hurt to make a low offer. worst they say is no. best they say is yes.

04 6mtC, DG - possibly most babied G on the board.

Re: G35 6MT

i don't really know, depending on what you got on your car, etc. I do have a trade-in but I haven't talked to him about it yet. He just gave me the price $34110 for a 6MT Coupe, premium pkg, aero pkg and I am waiting to see what else. i haven't gone to see the car yet but have asked him to fax over the worksheet on the car. you probably could have bargained somewhat for it and not had to pay list.

Re: G35 6MT

Thanks, I hear ya. I love the car, but I just don't want to be too anxious and overlook something important because I want it so bad.
