Usually as soon as i get in my car when it has been sitting under direct sunlight, the temp reads pretty high, 80s or 90s when its really in the 70s outside. I never thought much of it.

yea, i saw 91 today when it was like 83 outside. i just figured that it's sensing the heated up metal...
