WTB G35 Coupe - Is this good deal?

Sorry, Being new member, it wouldnt let me post in the for sale section.

My friend is selling his G for $21,000. Is this price fair, low, high?
Ive been looking for a little while, would like to get it for $19.

2004 G35 Coupe
-Light Silver
-56K Miles
-6MT
-Aero Package
-Brembo Brakes
-Bose
-Navigation
-Borla exhaust w/ H-pipe
-JWT Pop Charger Intake
-Short Shifter
-Satellite Radio
-Sunroof

New brakes, Clean Car Fax, No accidents.
Thanks for the help, hopefully I will be a new owner soon.

Ok, The lowest he can do for me is $20,500. Still seems like a good deal, but just wanted to get second opinion.

I say go for it! 20.5K is a good deal with those specs. sure 19K would be sweet but when you get behind the driver's seat

it'll allllll be worth it. trust me.

Ok, I took your advice pgh35! I'll be purchasing the car Monday 1/14/08 in the AM at the Credit Union. I'll post some pics when I get it. There is one phantom rattle Im going to have to hunt down it, but its clean.
