anyone want to trade your autodim mirror for my regular one + a few bucks? my car is black leather interior, incase the mirrors are different colors. PM me if interested.

 

The prob with the auto dim is it doesn't work that well. I came out of a car with a very good auto dim mirror AND auto dim sideview mirrors. Both were very effective. I wish I had these on the G coupe. But alas, it's just one of those wish-list things...

I have tinted windows on mine, but I simply cannot get used to it. I have to turn mine off every evening on my commute home. It is set by default, so everytime you re-start the G, it will come back on. I can do without it.

I know what you mean!!! I took mine back to the dealer last week to fix that fricken JINGLING noise in the mirror. They did a TSB fix and it definitely helped. I barely hear it now. I'll give it a little time and see if it starts up again. I may have them replace the mirror altogether.

I like the auto-dimming feature, but it seems to have a double image sometimes, particularly at dusk when the dimming is sort of inbetween. Anyone else notice this or might mine be defective?

 

my auto-dimming mirror works fine for me.
maybe cuz i dont have tint.
