I had a very similar accident with my Hond Prelude... I was cut off and did a 360 on the highway until I hit a divider... My car was in the shop for a month and a half so this is good timing. Damage was 11K.

Sorry to hear that. I got in an accident Nov 16, 2003. 50 - 0 mph impact. 2-4 weeks is not happening. Took me 3 months, and the car is back in the shop cause they didn't fix everything to my standards. Best advice I can give you, make sure your estimates of the damage are accurate. My first estimates were 13,000 - 18,000. Final cost to repair...28,000. If the first estimates were accurate they would have totalled my car. Infiniti parts are expensive. A neon isn't that bad, try hyundai elantra.

2-4 isnt bad. i once waited about 8 weeks to get my 91 mitsu eclipse rear end fixed. i dont think 2 days is reasonable, unless all they did was minor dents and paint. most of the time is waiting for the parts which can take over a week, depending on the car. ps, those friggin suv drivers need to get a grip. if you have the rental car option on your
