UPDATE:
Took my car out on the highway for the first time after getting my work done, and it's vibrating like crazy all through the steering wheel, floor well, pedals, shift ****, dash, etc at over 70mph.
And I thought the exterior damage was the worst of my problems...

Loosen and re-tighten the wheels. They may not have taken the time to ensure they were centered when they put them back on. Even with hub-centric rings you still need to be careful or you will get vibration.

Unfortunately it happens everywhere. The dealer that I use, and generally like, put a small ding in my left side rear quarter on a recent service. After a bit of hemming and hawing, my service manager agreed to take care of it. They used PDR and it looks like new again. My SM knows that I am very particular about my coupe and that I know it top to bottom, so he generally gives me straightforward treatment.

Like I mentioned before I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt - bad service is one thing, damaging my property is another.
Fortunately this particular dealership doesn't have a monopoly on the Infiniti market in the DC Metro area, so I have several other options for service and new car purchases.

What infiniti dealer would you recomend going to for service in the DC area. I know there is Passport, Tysons, Chantilly, Annapolis....what would you think is good from what youve hear or experienced?

Some of the guys in the National G Club, Lek, for instance, would know better than I would. Read through some of the posts on the National G Club area of the website.
I'm going to look into it more before the next time I need to go, but I think Tyson's has a pretty good rep.

Another update:
My coupe spent the entire day at Jim Coleman so that they could fix the bumper. Went to pick it up around 5:30PM and the bumper was painted very well - matched great. The problem? They DID NOT FIX the dent which was part of the damage they initially caused. Apparently a miscommunication between the 3rd party detailer they subcontracted and the service manager I deal with.
Just great... as soon as I showed them that they didn't fix the dent everyone got extremely defensive as if I were going to try to accuse them of something awful. Luckily one service manager was still there to reenter my car into the system and get me another loaner so they can fix the problem tomorrow.
The detailer didn't seem to think that he could fix the dent - you think just MAYBE that's why I told the service guy I might need a new bumper in the first place?

I'm glad they're taking care of it.
WhiteonWheat - I'm ridiculously **** about my car as well and know each and every imperfection - I could probably draw a map on a diagram of the car of each and every one. The irony here is that there is a small scuff on a corner of the bumper from last week when a hotel in Baltimore valet parked my car. Nothing major, but I noticed on my walk around. It would probably be possible to buff it out, but now it's a moot point. My anger at not being contacted after the 5 business days of the incident report they guarantee has now been redirected and amplified at Jim Coleman Infiniti.
Lucky for the valet company, they won't have to feel my wrath, but now JCI will.
