I got kicked in the grill yesterday

I was going south on the 710 yesterday morning, on my way to work. A work boot or what looked like one, comes flying from under an SUV. Smacks my ride on the bumper, tumbles onto my hood and goes flying over me. I thought it was going to come crashing though the windshield. So now i have this huge scuff on my bumper and a small one on the hood. Ive only had my G for a little over a month....DOMO

I freaking hate the 710! Big rigs galore and the concrete is all screwed up.

comprehensive insurance will cover any repairs from such mishaps. I have had rock chips, etc on the hood and a few on my bumper, before I trade my cars in I spend the $250 on my comprehensive deductible and they take care of it all.

If it's not too bad, wait for more chips and then take it in for a repair after a year or so.

does comprehensive insurance really cover rock chips? I thought all it did was cover like hurricans floods and fires?

i had something similar happen to me. an is350 who was in front of me thought i wanted to race him, so he gunned it when the light turned green and i didnt notice a street sign that was on the ground. his left rear tire peeled out and launched the sign right at the bottom left corner of my 2 week old g a couple of months ago. couple of scratches, but it hurts to see scratches on an OB g
