I'm looking to get my wife an 04-06 in the $20-$25K range. A local dealer has an 06 5AT with 13K (Premium, NAV) with very minor cosmetic issues. Carfax shows that it is a 'leased' vehicle with time on both east and west coasts. What is a realistic OTD price for this 'less than pampered' coupe?

It is difficult to look for an out the door price, since there are so many factors in your part of town (ie taxes, etc).

I would say since these how their resale sooo well, you may have to be between 24.5 - 26.5 ish (before taxes and fees)
