Cars that make you hit the gas a lil harder
So I got spanked by S2000 last nite, thing sounded amazing for a 4 banger. Very low toned, high volume exhaust, sounded more like a race car than my G. This is the first car I've ever raced and lost so I wanted to see what everyone elses list was so far. Heres mine:
Beat:
2000ish Mustang GT
2003 GTi
2 S2000's (I dont know how to tell the years apart on that car, so I wouldnt be correct in stating what years they were.)
2000+ Frod Lightning (great race too)
2004 Honda Accord Coupe V6
Beat me:
S2000 from last nite, got 2 carlenghts on me and thats the way it stayed till 80 mph
2000 SS my friends, raced it as a joke on the first day he got it, we went back and forth winning and loosing all nite b/c neither of us knew how to launch these cars at the time.
Ofcourse all these races were at the track =)
2003.5 G Coupe premium. 6MT Black/black No navigation. No spoiler, yet.

Nice the S2 is no joke. I wouldn't mess with a modded one while bone stock. You can go ahead and take the accord and gt off that list those are no brainers. LoL and accord on the track good one...

The two that I beat were both from dead stops to give or take 80. Im not saying I brutalized them, but I was infront by 1-2 carlenghts both times. I raced the third S2000 from a 40 MPH roll. He dropped in first and immediatly pulled on me. He already had half his car infront of mine when i put it into gear, and im not oging to say how far I took this due to the boards new rules, but well say this, he had me by 2 car lenghts when I let off, but the lead seemed to come mainly from his 3rd gear. Once in 4th, he wasnt going anywhere, and if it wasn't for fear of 5-0 I would have been interested to see what would have happened at the end of 4th, if not 5th gear.

One time, when my dad had his 2001 MB E430 4Matic (0-60 in 6.6 seconds), I was out whipping it one night. I was in Englewood, NJ going up this long hill (Palisade Ave). I stopped at a light and this S2000 was revving the [censored] out of its engine and so I stepped on it when the light turned green, as did he. I don't know if he was trying to race me or not because he was previously going fast, but we were side-by-side and he was slowly pulling away from me. I backed off at like 60-70mph because it is a 25 zone...people are always making fun of the S2000's lack of torque, saying it's gutless, etc. But I think it is such a great sports car and although it does lack torque, 240hp is still 240hp and it was doing a great job against my dad's car's 270hp V8 (but the E430 4Matic is heavier and AWD, so those two slow it down just a bit).

I've been beat by S2000. I've been driving stick only since I got the car, so yea. It's good to race though. A black EVO really owned me, but it was a friendly race, the other Asian guy just wanted to show me the power of the EVO.
Cars I HAVE to floor it on, though: ricer car I see.
