vdc off and slip lights on

My Car goes into slip on alot more often then normal. Is there anything i should check to fix this problem. Maybe sensors?

The ground is dry. So now i press the vcd everything time i get and it doesn't the light does come as much. It is just scary when the abs or what ever you call it the pulsing to the brake when i am in perfect control of my car.

Help any one


Also is there a solution or switch to turn off everything even when the button says it is off

You can pull the VDC fuse to totally disable the sensor which I know is done for track use but I wouldn't recommend for the street.

Couple of things could cause this. Do you have non micheln pilot sports on the car? That can cause it for the first few thousand miles of the tires life. Also your brake fluid could be low causing the slip light and stuff to freak out.

These are minor causes but worth the shot to throw those out.

check the brake fluid.... just a tad low and the light will come on

it maybe low brake fluid or a blown fuse

my slip light comes on as well with the VDC off. Not sure if its a bad thing...then again im in seattle too.

That is definitly your barke fluid being to low and it is sloshing around in the resevoir. Check the level and then let us know.

Fluid is all the way up. May be it is tires that i got. I got toyo winter. maybe they are griping to much and the slightes movement in them the sliplight comes on? What do you think?
